- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to make legal fees as straightforward as possible. We firmly beleive that everyone should be able to hire an experienced and reputable criminal defense and litigation attorney. Though our services are top-notch our fees are reasonable for most people. We are not the cheapest option nor the most expensive. We are able to offer our services at reasonable rates because we keep our overhead low and run a technologically advanced office -- this allows us to work quicker and smarter and to be more cost-effective. We pass the savings on to our clients. We offer reasonable flat fees to make hiring an attorney as simple as possible. Charging flat fees allows the clients to know exactly what their case will cost from the beginning. We find that this process to be easier and more fair than the typical hourly fee arrangement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We put our clients first, always. We are strict observers of quality over quantity. We limit the number of cases taken so each is handled with complete personal care. We diligently keep up with changes in the law so that we can handle complex cases and ensure that our clients receive top-notch legal representation. We are dedicated to the American values of honesty, hard work, and justice for all. We always return phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. We work around the clock to ensure our clients are represented fully and with the highest sense of professionalism. We strive to make our fees as straightforward as possible. Our flat fees include an unlimited amount of hours. We offer payment plans and flexible fee structures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicco Capozzi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from California State University Fullerton and a law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He also studied Comparative Warranties law at Queen Mary's School of Law in London, England.
