Went through a couple of workers. The first gentleman did a portion of the work then simply stopped showing up. After a week of reschedules and no shows, the company sent out a pair of workers to get things finished up. These two were markedly better, but were still late on multiple occasions. Eventually a group of 3 different workers came one morning with clear intentions of finishing everything that day. As a consequence some of the work was clearly rushed and while the quality was acceptable for the very reasonable cost, there was much to be desired regarding clean-up. I had a lot of sweeping up to do: piles of saw dust, plastic wrappers, caulk drips, pipe dope, etc. I don't blame the workers for this necessarily as they were clearly working hard and didn't leave until after 9pm. The issue seems to have been the requirement that they finish the project that day. Ultimately professionalism was certainly lacking and scheduling was a persistent headache. Ultimately most of my projects were completed satisfactorily, but the whole experience left a middling impression. Price was very reasonable though.Jun 28, 2018VerifiedJames B.'s reply

I will not recommend. He tried to fix a leaking sink and ended up causing flooding in my house. Fortunately it was spotted in time, but I had to call emergency plumber who said that he put valve of wrong size and also did not fix the pipe, which was faulty. On top of that, he was shouting on phone, using inappropriate language on phone etc. and blaming our house, and us for the disaster that he caused due to his incompetence, when we called to discuss.Sep 30, 2017James B.'s reply
This particular customer was rude, demanding, and had unrealistic expectations of what my services are. I am a handyman and can do basic services however understand I am not a licienced plumber. I had replaced a shut valve that had corroded thru, this then started a small leak from the sink valve. The water preasure was 4 times higher than your average sink faucet. I said to the client that they needed a licienced plumber to work on it. They ignored me and thus the sink failed and gushed water. His wife was entertaining a guest and even after I'd said to keep an eye on it, she left it as is. Then they called me yelling at me about how I had caused their house to flood. After exhausting myself explaining to them that the water psi was extremely high and they still would continue to blame me for damages I told them that he was an idiot without a clue of what he was talking about.
Hired Jim for installing few door knobs, door closer. He was responsive and came on time. He also helped in fixing wall mountings of kids games. He did jobs well.Sep 17, 2017Verified
