- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our services to what you need. Not more. Not less. In order to not overcharge or undercharge you, we need to ask you a few questions first. We need to understand exactly what your need are. I don't take a hard sell approach. If we believe we can help you, we'll say so. Then we can discuss fees. If we do not believe we are the best law service for you, we'll say that too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call so that I may ask you questions about your need. If I believe that I can be of help to you, and serve you well, I invite you in to meet for a free initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very active in the Michigan legal community. I am a faculty member of a trial college, where we teach lawyers how to present their case before a jury.
