A little background. My house had been on the market for 6 weeks with over 40 showings. We had received on a few low ball offers.
Let's Get Organized was recommended by a friend and we decided to give them a shot. Megan convinced us to pull the house from the market, redo some relatively minor items, stage a few key areas, repaint some rooms and put new carpet in.
The house went back on the market and had a full price offer the following day that we closed on in July.
Oh! Against the advice of my broker, she convinced me to raise out price by 25k before relisting. Our final selling price was 25k over the original asking price that garnered 40 showings and no serious offers.

I was in the process of relocating from Colorado to Washington. Megan was able to beautifully organize and stage my home to the point even my realtor said the house looked so good that he wished he could buy it for his own family. I can't thank Megan enough for her remarkable eye to design and style. Not only did she stage my home, but she organized a large shed, my husband's shop and a large garage.
