- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First I add the amount of gas that will be needed to provide my services. The actual service and labor will be discussed and is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer talking on the phone with new customers opposed to email and text because information is exchanged faster and more clearly. I also like to meet in person and see what kind of job I'm taking before I take it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I work for a doggy day care/ boarding facility but I am looking to do more independent work. I also have a certificate in vet assisting.
