- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Find a convienant time for you to discuss your project in detail. 2. Ask questions, to determine the expectations you have for your project. Are you wanting a quick fix or a complete renovation? 3. Write out the step by step process as to how the work will be performed. Then review it with you to make sure that's exactly how you want things done. After making any modifications email you a copy to sign. 4. Receive a down payment and schedule a time to do your project.

I grew up in the business! - 9 years old I began working with my Dad - 10 years old I was running the spray gun - 17 I began doing estimates for the family business - Started my own business in college and by my Senoir year had 35 full time employees - Trained by Sherwin Williams to handled all their product failures - Taught many others the trade and they now live all over the country running their own business
