- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For break fix desktop support I charge $85.00/hr, server support at $125.00/hr. Phone and PBX support at $125.00 Managed Support is an optional service that can be at a much lower rate per month contracted on a 6 month, 12 month and 36 month agreements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gain full understanding of what the clients environment is and what factors could affect the desired outcomes. Determine need and financial support for the need. Determine clear and written understanding of what the client is wanting to do. Repeat the needs in a work order and cost estimate for the client to agree to.
