Living Your Authentic Life

Introduction: I have been successfully coaching individuals for many years. I started as a Human Resource professional and hold Master Degrees in Organizational Behavior and Psychology. I also hold a Board Certified Coach certification. As a natural extension of my corporate work, I have created an organization focused on a whole person approach. My practice is based upon the belief that change in one area of a persons life, will positively impact other areas of ones life. Examples of what I mean are: improved relationships that also bring about better health; or greater self-love that brings greater clarity to career choices. My mission is to create a safe space, to uncover the greatness that already exists within my clients. Everyone already has everything they need to attain the life they want. Often we have told ourselves stories which cover up who we are authentically. I work with my clients to get to that authenticity and ultimately back to knowing their greatness.
