Holly cared for two large dogs coming to our home three times a day for two weeks. The dogs were obviously crazy about her and everything was neat and clean. You cannot do better

The dogs were happy and the house was cleaner than we left it. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My overnight pricing works kind of like a rental car agency I charge for 24 hours and then anytime over that gets added on, and I charge extra to be there before 7 a.m. when you are leaving for a trip :) and I charge extra for meet and greets that occur after 8 p.m.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet up and assess the dog and their needs. then we work on a pricing plan. I have a Midwest work ethic and I never flake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just finished a seminar in dog on dog aggression in Jan '16 with Sue Sternberg, and animal communication with Carol Gurney Institute for Animal Communication. I approach animals from an intuitive side as well as practical and w/common sense. Seminars with Cesar Milan in '05 and '11. Dr. Ian Dunbar is my mentor!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I study veterinary medicine but I did not finish- now I have the best of both worlds because I spend time with healthy animals were happy to see me and the owners are also happy there's no tragedies or sicknesses
What types of customers have you worked with?
I seem to have many elderly dogs and cats in my care who take medication regularly. Some need help getting up and down steps. One of my favorites is a little blind and deaf Shih Tzu, Rockie. Requires patience and extra compassion.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Taking dogs to agility training!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have pet sitters insurance and this is their job, that they take seriously-not a HOBBY.
