Booked round trip to and from JFK...ride to airport excellent (driver on time. accommodating, courteous). Return trip was poor due to excessive wait time, vehicle in poor condition, and although driver was courteous and very nice he showed up in a t shirt and jeans. In addition the car was dirty, rear bumper was damaged, there was no air conditioning and he could not locate our home with the GPS he was using.
