In four months, I have had two problems with my PC. Max Bortoletto solved one issue in 15 minutes. In contrast, I failed to reach a human being after 1 1/2 hours at AOL tech support. Max responded quickly and had a new video card installed in less than 24 hours. My laptop was freezing and extremely slow. I was so frustrated that I decided to trash it and buy a new one. I met Max and after a 15 minutes diagnostic he told me that my laptop was infected with viruses and he could have solved the problem for me. I gave him my laptop. When he returned the laptop to me I couldnt believe it how fast it was again. It was fast as when I first bought it. Max saved my laptop and my wallet. Thank you so much Max!
