About this pro
Did not keep appointment. I received an e-mail stating the company would come to my home on Monday, May 28, 2018 around 9:30 AM. When the company did not show up I looked up the number and made a call. The number listed forwarded to a different number. I left a message that I would like to have service and to call me back at my home number which I left. Since I did not hear from the company I called again and heard a voice and there seemed to have been a disconnect. I immediately called back and got a forwarding number again. I left a message, but never received a call back. I made several attempts, however, if I was not suppose to continuously call the company, I apologize.May 30, 2018Verified
I'm super pleased that I hired Matthew for his services. Our lawn looks great and I was able to book everything with him remotely. No need to look for other lawn care, Matthew is now my preferred choice!Jun 5, 2017Verified
Matt has been a dream to work with on a huge clean- up project! So positive and responsive despite the scale and uncooperative weather!May 25, 2018Verified
Actually show up for the appointment. Call before you are several hours late. Call before the customer has to track you down to find out why you are not showing up. I waited outside for 2 hours. A simple phone call goes a long way.Apr 8, 2018Verified
We agreed on a specific schedule and we never heard back from him to stay on schedule, there were a few grass patches that he missed as well.Jul 31, 2017
