Pricing for in person training varies from each gym location and online training and macros nutrition does as well. We will discuss.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been instructing in the fitness industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 7 years now, from cardiovascular training to kick boxing, as well as flexibility and personal strength training. My extensive background allows me to create individual specialized training programs for each of my clients. With a history of sports and physical fitness since high school, I have always been an athlete and a competitor my whole life. This is where my passion for working out and helping others came from. For the past few years and currently, I am a National NPC Bikini Competitor/Published Fitness Model.
