- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, is to fully understand what a new customer wants as an outcome, then drafting a plan for achieving that outcome and being sure with my potential customer that plan can be carried out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Journalism from Arizona State University, and have been a working journalist for more than 15 years. I've directed two documentary films.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides and grooms (but mostly brides, grooms just want direction). Wedding planners Corporate planners. Event planners. Proud parents of achieving kids.
