- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide various pricing options. Services can be provided by the pass (how many times we need to plow), provided by the inch, (price increments from 3-7", 7-12", 12-15"), and also provided by seasonal contract, this is available to residential and commercial customers and is paid in full prior to the season starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We quote mostly through mapping software. If requested by the customer we will travel onsite to evaluate and give a quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of residential and commercial snow management services, utilizing various types of equipment from your standard truck and snow plow to heavy equipment. 7 years experience in snow management on state highways and town roadways
