- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a price beginning at $ 4.50 per sq ft on the concrete finishing plus "Extras" like Stamp Concrete, Curves on concrete, steps on concrete any special finish. On brick beginning with .50 per 1000 brick. If on a brick wall it has custom designs is " Extra" depending on what the design is. On block beginning with $1.75 per unit again depending on how many corners, step ups & level work. Again depends on the project how it is designed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer to go and see the project myself to give the customer a fare quote. Then figure the quote. Then submit it to the home owner. If the customer likes it I ask when I can start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes
