Kelly is a fantastic personal trainer! Whenever we step inside the gym she always has a plan and does a great job of executing it. She asks me how I'm feeling and tells me what the plan for today is for our workout. Since Kelly is also a massage therapist, when I have aches and pains, I describe them to her and she makes recommendations on how to fix them. She is great at strength training as well as cardio. Sometimes we go to Belle Isle and run for 30-45 minutes for cardio. She is willing to come to my house and work out or meet at the gym, the river, or wherever I ask. She is very affordable and I no longer dread my workouts because she makes them enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. She has the entire package!

Kelly is a massage therapist who provides the most relaxing, invigorating and therapeutic massages I have ever experienced. She has a knack for finding and eliminating every kink and knot in your body. I have been a customer for 6+ years and each visit with her seems to be more enjoyable than the last. To say that I highly recommend her is a gross understatement.

Kelly is one of the few massage therapists who can use enough pressure to really loosen up my muscles. Her expertise in all types of massage is evident within the first few minutes. She takes time to truly understand your needs and adjusts the therapy accordingly. She also provides a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and really enjoy the experience. She is the perfect combination of strength, caring, and professionalism.

Kelly came to my house and did 3 amazing massages. I had a prenatal massage, my mom a more relaxing massage, and my father a deep tissue massage. We all got exactly what we needed. I can't wait to have her back!
