- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job requires as much information as we can get from each customer. This enables us to tailor each service type to the issues that each customer is having. By doing this we can provide the most reasonable prices while still focusing on the needs of each individual customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a local company and love to get to know our new clients so that we can make each service as unique to the individual as possible. Every home is different, and every pest we treat needs to be handled differently. We love to get our customers on the phone so we can discuss which service we offer is best for each home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have multiple licenses issued by the state to make sure that they are experts in each field of our pest control service. This along with rigorous on the job training ensures that our technicians are as knowledgeable as possible and are trained to best handle each individual job.
