- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new clients is one in which we "interview" each other. I've often said, "photography is a people business, not a photographing business." It's vitally important that you feel a level of confidence in the people with whom you've placed your trust, to help make your day a success. Establishing client expectations is also a critical part of our interview process. This reinforces objectives and timelines for the shoot, creates a road map, helps tell the story of your day and eliminates any surprises. Finally, no pressure, or "limited time offers" here. Although we book up very quickly, typically years in advance, we prefer to give the client time to consider such an important decision. There are many choices to consider, so take all the time you need. We know you'll make the decision that's perfect for you.
