- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do have set prices for all of our rental items. The only line items that vary from project to project are delivery/pickup depending on the location items are going to and the time line we are given to work with. Most local deliveries are a $60.00 deliver/pickup fee.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We serve all types of customers. We work most commonly with corporate customers hosting events for clients and/or colleagues and brides who want to have the wedding of their dreams. We also serve families hosting parties for all of life's milestones such as birthdays, graduations, retirement, anniversaries, and more!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of so many of the different events that we get to be part of. The most common time line for our event rentals is setup 1 day before the event and take down 1 day after the event. (Our clients are only charged for a 1 day rental too!)
