Artisan Associates (mediation & notary services)
Introduction: Notarization (Licensed in LA only):
Under non-emergency Covid-19 conditions, Artisan Associates will perform mobile notarizations for your convenience. Currently waiting on clarification of LA Governor's executive order, but may have to wait for current legislature to pass a bill to allow remote notarizations.
Mediation (Licensed in LA only):
A dispute, large or small, can distract from the focus of your business or impair the tranquility in your private life. It may be a disagreement heading toward or already in litigation, or else it may just be a miscommunication impairing your peace of mind. Artisan Associates can help you find a resolution.
We provide mediation of any civil matters (as opposed to family law matters). We have experience in mediating private disputes as well as participating in the community-police mediation program in New Orleans. We can be the sole mediator, or we can perform alongside a co-mediator. Artisan Associates is particularly well suited to mediate construction disputes because of its background as a contractor and experience with building trades.
