I highly recommend her for anyone!! I am a super beginner for any kind of training/weight training. Melanie made the training as an easy and fun activity for me. I learned so much from her, and I can def feel that my body was more stronger than before. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually I conduct a fitness evaluation to determine fitness level as well as health and injury history. Depending on fitness goals most sessions include an aerobic or speed training session, stretching for injury prevention, and weight training.
