- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Children's entertainment i.e. Mascots; Concessions; Favors etc... have predetermined and fixed prices. Larger scale events are based on either number of hours worked, number of guest and/ or budget percentage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically submit an inquiry form online or leave a voice message with details of the event. They will receive a call back within 24-48 hours to schedule an in person, video chat or phone consultation. Consultations are $35.00 per hour and usually last 2.5 -2 hours.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Be realistic about your event budget. Be open to professional suggestions and estimate approximate number of guest.
