Colleen is fabulous! She's totally reliable and my dogs love her and her assistant. The dogs get well walked and come back tired. My funny little Roxie dog won't poop on a leash, so when I won't be home until late, Colleen takes her to the back yard and lets her do her business there. I do not give my house keys to anyone else, but I totally trust her with the keys and the dogs.

Colleen provide walks for our 2.5 year old basset hound. My schedule is a bit erratic and she has been very responsive and accommodating of our needs. She communicates very well. Our pooch clearly loves his time with her!

I had a previous bad experience with another cat sitter, and I was nervous about hiring someone new. This company has completely Relieved any of those worries that I had from my previous bad experience. Colleen showed up to my house on the first day for the meet and greet with a contract and an outline of what I expect and what she can expect from the service. She is extremely professional, kind and understanding. Not only did she look after my for babies, but she took very good care of my home. Going on vacation from here on out and leaving my cats alone will not be a huge worry some stress factor any longer due to this awesome and professional Company. Thank you thank you thank you.

Menagerie Maid is flexible, helpful, understanding, willing, and creative in how she provides her service. She has been my dog walker (and more) for many years. She has given unique care and love to all my dogs, no matter what issues they were having. Now that we are down to one challenging dog she is his best friend and provides him with lots of opportunities for exercise and socialization. If it wasn't for her service his life would be very sad and lonely. I used another service in the past when she was on vacation and didn't have staff to cover. Though they were nice, they did not give my dogs the same kind of time and care provided by Menagerie Maid. Now that she has the staff to cover, we have not had to go back! Her helper is also a very dear friend to our dog. We are very lucky to have Menagerie Maid in our lives!

Services are based strictly on time, $22.00 minimum within my service area. There are no hidden fees and charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am contacted to schedule an initial appointment. I meet the client and their pets, and complete paperwork.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Born and raised pet lover! Professional caregiver since 2004. Owner of multiple pampered felines, parrots, and a darling dog. I've been a member of Pet Sitters International for years, and pass the Sterling background checks through this organization annually.
