    I needed a logo for my small business. Before contacting Metrocreate Studios I tried one of those online, minimal contact sites for a quick design. The logo that was created by this logo design site was put together with a bunch of clip art so I was very disappointed to say the least. I decided to go the professional route and do it right. I found Metrocreate Studios on thumbtack and never looked back. I was contacted right away by Eric and stayed in daily contact with him throughout the process. I ended up with an awesome logo that I love and look forward to working with Metrocreate Studios in the future.

      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        Communication and organization are the keys to success. I am the project manager on all projects and I also execute on many marketing and development projects myself. The first step with any new client is to have a kick-off meeting to discuss what can be expected during the course of the project. From here I will outline the project timeline with milestones. The milestones help clients understand how progress is being made. Each milestone carries with it a meeting either via phone or in person. For website projects the client will have access to the beta website via a secret link to the development server. From this point on, the client has full visibility of the process and can offer insights and real-time feedback. Each project includes at least 1 week of QA/QC time to ensure the finished product functions as planned. We then move to the training milestone. Post-project I am available for questions and additional training. Each website carries with it a 45 day warranty. For non website projects the process will vary but everything we do will carry with it a milestone structure.
      • What types of customers have you worked with?
        The vast majority of my clients are nonprofits, artists, authors and small business in New England and around the country. If you are a nonprofit organization please view more information on the "For Non Profits" tab on the MetroCreate website.
      • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
        A recent project that I completed and feel proud of is one for a well-known nonprofit organization with locations in Boston and New York.
