- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing are affordable rates and I have Packages that will suit all of your needs. We Do charge a Travel Fee if more than 20 miles from our Main Office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with an individual I like to know your Budget, your purpose for the special occasion, knowing how many guests expected, we discuss the various packages that may suit the individual(s) needs, discuss NonRefundable deposit, and then go over a checklist. When processing deposit info and filling out checklist it will be done 9 times out of 10 at our Main Location based out of Sandy Springs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I And the other MBMBARCHIXX have over 7+years in the Hospitality Field from training, coaching, serving and Bartending. We all have On the Job training as well as Bartending School training as well.
