I would honestly have to say I was a bit skeptical about hiring this company after seeing the negative comment here by one person. I spoke with Carlos about this and he was very forth coming about what had transpired and also provide references. It was a good candid conversation and I'm glad we had it as I hired the company to do a 320 sq ft deck and it came out amazing. The team started when they say they would and provided a daily status until completion. Very professional and responsive and would hire them again for another project i will be doing shortly. This client is correct, unfortunately I got a flat tired driving to this free estimate. I replaced the tired but in the process I ended up leaving my phone behind in the freeway when I put it down to replace the busted tire so I had no way to communicate my delay. I do understand his frustration and I tried to contact him after I recovered my phone, it turned out some freeway workers picked it up so I went back home and I was able to locate the phone with the find my phone app using my lab top. I feel bad I did not make it to this estimate but some times we have to face the reality that nothing is for sure in this life and as a man of integrity I have no reason to construct stories of make excuses.
