- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am always looking and apply any new skill that I can in order to in hence my service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Survival! I am a single mom and when my children were small I needed extra income so I began doing cakes, then began working in a Hospitality ministry at my church ( I soon became Leader) preparing and serving large groups of people (10-3000) foods from my own creations. I also became a catering service to private events through that connection. I firmly believe food is a gateway to memories an fellowship.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater weddings, and other private events. I have also taught cooking skills in a private arena.
