Introduction: I offer a type of musculoskeletal therapy -- combining techniques like active isolated flexibility, soft tissue work and functional strength exercises. It is a very comprehensive and holistic approach to structure, function, recovery and performance. These techniques help to correct muscular imbalances, improve range of motion, promote blood flow and significantly reduce the risk of injury. Unlike other recovery methods which attempt to force movement or hold positions for too long, this works with the body's muscle systems and helps to facilitate release with both deep and superficial muscle fibers at a natural rate.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life. There are those recovering from a knee injury, those who need to improve posture, those who are new to physical activity completely as well as NCAA champions, World Championship and Olympic athletes.
