Introduction: Music is what I do. I would love to dance and sing all hours. That's not work. I can dance hip-hop. Contemporary music is my strength (balance, agility, core stability, flexibility. I love the exercise and would love to teach what I know. Yoga is my form of stretch. I can teach combat hip hop exercise (?). I am comfortable working with physical limitations. Any activity done is to comfort. Jazz, classic music can be just as fun. I have playlist and can compose music to individual. Females only please, if children participate parent accompanies.
