I go by an hourly rate, and charge more for certain services if they want more done, which can be discussed accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure their needs are met, and they understand we are there for them, and will do our very best in making them happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with my Father/Mother in the Family business all my life as I was growing up, my Father had some very big clients such as Red Ball, Weaton Van Lines, FC Tucker Realtors, Carpenter realtors, and I had to learn to conduct myself in a professional manner in these establishments and in people's homes when we would clean their Carpets.
