- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our standard fees are $500 to place a new tenant and 9-10% of the monthly rent to manage the property through the term of the lease. No hidden fees or other charges. Remember- property management is like everything else in life- you get what you pay for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Phone call or in-person meetings with owner, management agreement review and signatures, full property inspection, tenant information transfer (if occupied) or start advertising and showing process (if vacant).
