Great experience working with next day inspect. The team was communicative. The inspector arrived early and spent extra time conducting a thorough analysis of the home inside out. We added in the EOR estimate of repairs which was ready early and equally as thorough. Will book for two inspections.

Would highly recommend NextDay Inspect for your home radon level reading. They came in the next day after my request and set up a radon monitoring appointment to get an average of results. After the 48 hrs I received my results within an hour that allowed me to take further action on remediation.

Staff I spoke with to schedule & staff my daughter met at the house were very professional and accommodating. The Report is easy to read. Explained any mold & levels found, if any risk and listed possible risk in the report. They have chain of custody numbers to track who had access to the sample. When you called them they freely answers any questions you might have. I had contradicting reports this one clear & first one elevated levels with another company. Had a third test for peace of mind with one new mold not in either of the first 2 reports. That was clearly explained by the third company’s lab. I have learned mold is a tricky game. Get a good company to do water remediation ( I didn’t ) and hopefully spare yourself this stress. I would definitely recommend Next Day Inspect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for home inspections is based on the properties characteristics. We take into consideration the square footage, year built, and location of the property when determining the price for a home inspection service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to contact us by phone to speak with a scheduling coordinator. Our scheduling coordinators will gather all necessary information for confirming the appointment and they will notify the inspector of any specific concerns that the customer may have regarding the property being inspected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR). Our professionals use specialized tools, such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to ensure a thorough inspection of the condition of the properties components. We provide a comprehensive report which contains annotations illustrating the areas of concern. NextDay Inspect® is certified through the International Association of Commercial and Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
