- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is a fixed cost system. It's based on a monetary amount per square footage. Many of our customers figure out what their paint job will cost them using our paint cost estimator tool before we even do the initial estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally owned rental properties in the area and grew tired of the difficulty of locating reasonable and honest contractors to do the work for me. So I eventually started this business to maintain my own property investments.That lead me to being mentored by skilled experienced painters, handymen, and home builders in the area. They were honest men that taught me all they knew about painting and proper home maintenance. The 5 mentors that taught me have over 145 years of experience in painting and home construction. I do my best to make them proud on every job and bring the same honor and integrity they displayed to every single of my clients.
