Will is very professional and personable. He took down two outdated light fixtures in my kitchen. He installed two lights in their place. One was a fairly standard light and he installed it very quickly and efficiently. The other was a used, vintage light that didn't have all of its part required to hang. What Will did can only be described as "creative engineering." His experience, skill, and intelligence are the only reason that light is now hanging beautifully in my kitchen!! Instead of replacing our bath exhaust fan, housing and all, Will rebuilt the motor in the existing housing. This method eliminated having to fit a different (size) housing, saving time and a mess. This was the second fan we’ve had to have replaced and his work was much more efficient than our first replacement. I would recommend communicating via texting as the Thumbtack site was not convenient. Would highly recommend Nstruction!Nov 6, 2017

He was able to troubleshot an electrical issue with our ceiling fan and installed a new fan that fixed the problem with our wall outlet.
