Ian did a great job and was on time. I had two done by him on different houses. Because of him I got saved from buying a house with a bunch of problems that most people would have missed. Goes through the whole house even little crawl spaces. Showed where all the valves and things every homeowner needs to know.

Ian Elmerick was the inspector for our home. He was very thorough and did not skip any steps. Ian was extremely helpful in my home buying experience. Ian really takes the time to go over every piece of the house. He helps show buyers where issues may be, how to easily fix something, and where main shutoff valves are. He is very friendly, professional, and truly cares about giving the best service possible. I am a licensed real estate agent and use him whenever possible because he gives my clients the best service.
