Introduction: I paint in the old Vermeer style of a limited palette. I lived in England and had the privilege of instructing in the technique while living there. I am also an illustrator and graphic designer. Painting is a spiritual journey for me. Working in a limited palette allows my work to be even more unique than many artist who simply paint from a tube of already mixed paint. Painting the way I do creates a more seasoned looking piece of art. Illustrating for children's books is especially fun for me. I love collaborating with writers and working to get their vision to publication!
