I have an extensive studio, group exercise, wellness workshop, and private training background and offer completely customized yoga sequences, personalized fitness instruction and strategic nutritional planning right in the comfort of your home or office. I travel to you, or you travel to me, whichever you prefer. Alternatively, we can meet in a public setting, such as a beach or park (I'm flexible after all.).

The Process
Based on your preference, we start with an introductory phone call, meeting or email where we discuss your needs and goals, or you can fill out a form to expedite this initial phase. I will produce a completely custom series based on your responses. Session types include various yoga disciplines, Pilates, cardio kickboxing, strength training, guided meditation, and/or a comprehensive wellness plan. We set up a weekly or biweekly schedule and track your progress over time.
