This was my first time trying to hire professional help for decluttering and organization services. So I finally mustered up the courage to enlist help from someone else, rather than friends or family... And I am SO GLAD I did! Paulette came in with her 🧚🏻♀️ “magic wand” 🧚🏻♀️, and totally turned my house around in 2 days!!! My house is clean and organized now, and she helped me create an organization system that will work for me, and I should be able to maintain it from now on without problems. Without a doubt, this is the best home improvement service I have ever used. Paulette is bright, efficient, fast, and very, very effective. She has an extraordinary talent for helping you get rid of things you don't need and finding extra space you didn't know you had. Paulette was very professional and easy to work with. We made TREMENDOUS progress during our sessions. She works hard and fast, but is very sensitive to the fact that it is easy for clients to get overwhelmed. I never felt like I was being pushed beyond my limits. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My sessions are by the hour because there are so many variables to Organizing and Decluttering. I charge $40.00 per hour, to be paid at the end of each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process is a Free phone consultation, asking questions and taking notes. Some client's email me pictures of the project before thier phone consultation, which is very helpful for me. When I arrive at the client's jobsite we chat and walk the job, I take notes and pictures. I go over my client's needs, goals and budget. Make a plan and we get started, We have containers for Donations, Garbage, Give Away to Family/Friends,Store,Yard Sale, Returns Etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Most of my training is hands on. I have been organizing and decluttering for over 25 years. I stay updated from with Books, Articles, Webinars and blogs and Organizing groups. I have worked, ran and owned other businesses.
