Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a professional home inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. I can help buyers make an informed decision when looking to purchase a home. If you are about to list your house a pre-listing inspection can give you a chance to make repairs to reduce the negotiation power of the buyer. Most new construction homes come with a one year warranty. We inspect homes shortly before the warranty expires to help you get the most out of your warranty. New homes need inspection as well. Most builders do a great job, but sometimes the building process can be very fast paced. Many items can be overlooked. We can help you make sure that you are getting the most value out of your new home.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based on the particular home and varies according to the construction of the home itself. Pricing begins with square footage and foundation type, then what we call optional items are considered such as pool/spa, sprinkler systems(landscape), outbuildings and termite inspections.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. I am a certified home inspector with the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. I am certified with The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors(internachi). I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Home Inspector.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the construction industry for 18 years. A friend of mine is a home inspector and he suggested that I would be great fit to become one too. I looked into it and now I am a licensed professional home inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
