We hired Maria to assist with finding tenants for a duplex that my husband and I purchased. Not only did she take care of the screening process but she made sure to send us all of the potential tenants info so that we could make a final decision. She also set us up with direct deposit so that all payments are sent directly to our account on time. We needed some repairs to the duplex and Maria was able to provide us with some great contractors. We are glad that we hired her to manage our property.

I have no complaints! Maria is very responsive and makes herself available to her tenants. If there is ever an issue she makes sure to take care of it in less than 2 business days. She's great!

I was originally nervous when looking for a company to manage my duplex property in DC but after working with PMGL, I feel secure because Maria has exceeded all of my expectations. I am no longer able to be in the city because of travel obligations but Maria makes sure to keep me up to date on all happenings with my tenants and the property itself. She goes above and beyond to make sure that communication is open between herself and my tenants and between the two of us. I'm confident that choosing to work with PMGL was a great decision.

My husband and I lived in Maria's property over 2 years. She was very attentive to any need we had. Any issues were resolved in a timely manner. She always made us feel welcome and right at home in her property. The location of the property is prime. You can not ask for a better location. I would recommend her as a property manager to all who ask! She is definitely worth more than 5 stars!
