Hello John! I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing problems. We have not heard from you and have thought that all the issues had been resolved. Our records show we did this work for you in early April? We always ask for you to update us on the status if you are still experiencing problems so we can see what else needs to be done. We also ask if you experience an error message to use those nice smart phones we all have nowadays and text it or send it to use through Thumbtack. I think that would have been fair before placing a 1 starred review, don't you? We are more than willing to see if the SAME issue that we fixed has returned or if it is another. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I stay up to date with online courses and tech news. Of course since technology changes all the time it is hard to stay up to date with everything but I do my best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was by accident, funny story but it has been something I have enjoyed doing because I am very creative, hands on and a problem solver.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Computer repairs, hard dive replacement, reinstall operating systems, remove viruses, monthly clean up. Pretty much anything to do with your computer. Web design work on every level from just a few updates to a completely new site.
