Castellon's painted a large portion of the interior of my house including the basement. They were reasonably priced and did a geat job. Gennys had a great eye and noticed things I did not and made the painter touch up until perfect. I loved the fact that Gennys did a final walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied.

I hired Castellon's Painting because I felt comfortable with the Foreman, Juan, who Gennys Rivera, the Owner, sent out to review the job. He was very knowledgeable and was familiar with the products that I have used and was going to use again for this project. Before the project started, Gennys sought consultation from a PPG expert in deck staining and maintenance, and a colleague of mine that I have been consulting with. His recommendations matched what I had told Gennys and that gave her comfort in knowing how to perform the job. The attention to detail that Gennys showed in her preparation was evident in the way that Juan and his crew worked. Juan was very thorough, he and his crew worked hard, and treated the deck like it was their own. The crew thoroughly cleaned up after their work, and the only thing that indicated that they were there was the beautiful staining job that they had done! The result was exceptional and I will hire nobody else for this job in the future. I recommend Gennys and her company for any outdoor paining needs and understand that they also do interiors. If their work on our deck is any indication, you will not be disappointed!

So, after attempting to paint a room, I realized I needed professional help if it were to be done in time for New Years. Castellon’s reaches out to me and Juan was available to come out the very next day. Since I already had a base coat down, I thought it would be a quick and easy little job but it actually turned out to be a bigger deal than I realized. I think if I just wanted someone to slash some paint on the walls, it probably would have been faster, but Juan was SO meticulous and not only did he do a PERFECT, professional, beautiful job painting, he also repaired the walls and every little crack. He even touched up the radiator cover!! The whole time, he kept me updated on the progress and explained the process and every thing that he was doing. It was so refreshing to meet a professional who took the time to do a job well and had so much pride in his work. I look forward to working with Juan and Castellon’s in the future! (And I will be better prepared next time and have lunch!) thank you for such an amazing job and on such short notice as well! Thoroughly impressed!!!

I found Castellon’s Painting via Thumbtack. I received a quote within minutes of my post. It was one of the more competitive quotes and they were able to schedule my it within just a few days. They did an absolute beautiful job. Juan is meticulous and careful. They even wrapped up my shower curtain and covered the entire shower to ensure no splatters of paint got on my tub or tile. They are super friendly, professional and fast. I am having them quote other jobs in my home because I am completely pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide you with quality and neatness. Our prices are competitive. Keep in mind we maintain our insurance and we warranty all our work. Our products are from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. We make sure you receive great customer service from all our team members. The price reflects all that :) But don't be afraid to ask for a price match or a discount. We can gladly try to meet your budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When my crew arrives, they do a pre-walk with the customer to ensure that the work order has everything the customer requested. We update the customer daily before leaving the job site for the day. When we are finished, we do a walk thru with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with our work and if necessary we complete any touch ups as requested by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure we keep our employees up-to-date with safety standards. All our employees have received OSHA training.
