Everything about our experience on Double Decker PDX was smooth. The planning and communication before the event was excellent - they mapped out our route, suggested where we were likely too optimistic on timing and helped steer us to a successful plan. The day of the event they were prompt, gracious, helpful and provided us an excellent day of wine tasting. Everything about the bus was as expected, there were no surprises. We did a thorough search for small buses that could hold 14 people that didn't have us in rows. VIP's bus allowed everyone in our party to talk with one another and visit as we drove in between wineries. Everyone reported that the conversation time on the bus was one of the most valuable parts of the day. We also needed a lot of extra support (side trips to pick up people and food, extra trips to drop people off), and VIP handled this with grace and ease. Thanks for making our event so successful! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our rates vary depending upon vehicle rented. Rates also vary from weekday (Monday to Thursday) and weekend (Friday to Sunday).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a customer is ready to book, we send a contract link that the customer signs with electronic signature. We collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and the balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our drivers have up to 25 years of experience and are fully licensed.
