- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary depending upon vehicle rented. Rates also vary from weekday (Monday to Thursday) and weekend (Friday to Sunday).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer is ready to book, we send a contract link that the customer signs with electronic signature. We collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and the balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers have up to 25 years of experience and are fully licensed.
