- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do. Its dependent on pay frequency, number of employees and if the client needs any additional services beyond payroll - such as time keeping, HR support, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review our client's specific needs, working to tailor the payroll reporting functions to provide them with the most information for their GL. Our process includes reviewing what they are doing with their current provider (if any), how our process works and what the client should expect. Once we have run the first payroll, we review the payroll reports with them and continue to work with them to make adjustments to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder is a former Controller and CFO.
