- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is mainly based on the type of installation and the size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a call from the customer, we schedule a free estimate appointment. Our estimator measures all the spaces, ask question about what exactly the customer wants and might give suggestions on better material or installation if needed. We send the customer a detailed estimate for our labor and sometime include the material. Once the estimate is approved we schedule the installation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2010 as a helper for the installer, within a year I became installer myself. In 2014 I opened my own company.
