Introduction: Ive been into personal fitness for 12 years now. I enjoy implementing an all out fitness regimen to fit the needs of what the trainee needs. Wether it be crossfit, cardio, bodybuilding, strength training, flexibility, kickboxing, and nutrition. I see my way of training as not just training sessions. Meaning that when you reach your goal not only are you in shape, you also learn how to do it all on your own and wont have the need to ever come back to train with me. Of course, unless you want to that is. So its not only reaching your goals, but making this a enjoyable hobby you can do anywhere you are for the rest of your life. Seeing people getting in shape not only physically but mentally as well is awesome, because i enjoy the same benefits myself

Alan was all around great! Kept me very informed, always answered questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. Very professional and I was always able to get a hold of him when needed. Extremely motivating as well!

Personal training with Alan was awesome! He made sure to correct my form properly & make the most use of our time. He pushed me but also made sure I was feeling ok throughout our session. I definitely recommend Alan for PT.

Alan has a great background of information in training as well as nutrition. He trains for the whole body to build up muscle throughout. He is great at determining nutrition best for you to workout, lose weight, etc. He has many different types of training and uses them all to train. Whether you would like personal protection, weight loss, weight lifting, endurance, etc. Alan can help in all areas. I enjoy the knowledge and ability to be flexible as well as knowing the limits of the client. Alan is very positive and helps to maintain positivity during training.

If you want results he’s the one. I told him the areas of my body I wanted to focus on, and he doesn’t hold back!!! Weekly meal plans, and daily check ins were also part of the package. He doesn’t let you fall, and if you do he’ll pick you right back up!!!!
