Introduction: A one-on-one approach helps people reach their fitness goals. I do the following services:
* Employ a wide range of coaching and training methodologies on a daily basis
* Assist with goal setting on an individual basis
* Adapt workouts to needs of the members/clients when necessary
* Measure clients body circumference and body composition changes on a monthly basis
* Promote the belief that nutrition is a foundation for improved athletic performance
* Implement additional nutrition education as needed
* Encourage healthy self-image
