Sarah is one of the best trainers I have trained with. Her energy is contagious. Every workout pushes me to be my best. She is very knowledgeable on proper Olympic lifting techniques. I feel so much more better with my lifts and lift more than I ever thought I would. If you want to be in the best shape of your life and excel in you lifting abilities Sarah is who you need! She makes training fun and challenging.
