- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have standardized pricing for all mobile home parks, homes less than 3000 sq. ft., and one-time general pest control. Pricing varies in regards treatment for termites, rodents, bed bugs, German roaches, flea infestations, and nuisance wildlife. This is dependent upon an inspection of the premises, size of the home, and extent of the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We are dedicated to providing a pleasant and comforting experience for all new customers. Having pests in your home can be scary, uncomfortable, and stressful. Along with providing viable options to "Eliminate" the issue, we aim to do the same to our customer's fear, discomfort, and stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our technicians are fully trained and qualified, we provide in-depth education and hands-on training with every employee.
